Fantastic service! I met Michael online and asked him to see a house we found. Immediately upon meeting him I knew we found the right person to work with. He asked us a lot of questions about what we wanted in a home. He really knew the neighborhoods we wanted and found us a great place with a Dog run for our fur baby. As we walked through the property, he would help us by discussing possible renovations that might bring value to the home and letting us know if certain renovations weren’t feasible. During the inspection phase, he suggested that we have the sewer lines inspected for a few hundred dollars which was an additional inspection. We’re so glad we took his advice because the inspection found an issue that would cost $25,000 to repair. He was able to negotiate the money back from the seller for the repair. Michael is highly attentive, almost as if we were his only clients, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. Other agents, escrow officers and loan officers we met with would tell us what a wonderful guy Michael is.
