Michael really helped us out in a crazy market. He helped us push through some times of doubt and concern and kept a very positive attitude the whole time. We started out without having even put our house on the market and guided us through the ups and downs of contingent offers, until we were able to get our house sold. He worked with other agents explaining that our former home would go quickly as soon as we were able to get it on the market and got sellers to take us seriously enough to nearly win a couple multiple offer situations. Even though we lost out on some homes, he kept guiding us along saying we would find the right house for us and this was very reassuring given how quickly the better houses in the better neighborhoods were flying off the market. He had great insight into what values homes would sell at and if it made sense or not to pursue certain areas. Eventually he helped us get the right home and determine the right value for that home, despite what the house was listed at. He helped us get all our ducks in a row to make sure we could meet some strict timelines for decisions and fought for us in the negotiation process to make sure things were fair for both sides. Overall, we really found a great person with a lot of experience in North County who put the time and effort into making sure we felt taken care of and well represented.

There are not enough nice things to say about Michael. Apart from being everything you would ever want in a realtor, he is also a genuinely good, trustworthy person. We have been working with Michael for 4 years having him run reports and evaluate the market with regards to a rental property we own, as well as helping us in a new home search. He has not listed or sold us a home yet, but we will be having him do both in the next few months.
