Michael was our realtor for both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. He did a great job with each. He marketed our home promptly and aggressively, resulting in five offers within a week. Finding a new home was more of a challenge. With very limited inventory, Michael notified us the minute (sometimes sooner) a property, matching our needs/wants, hit the market and made himself available for immediate showings. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and a calm, positive voice in a home buying process that could sometimes prove disappointing and frustrating.
