I can summarize my recommendation of Mike with one word - integrity. What he offers to do, he does. He just closed the sale of my house, in a market where anything could happen, and values were all over the place. He advised me what he felt the market in that area was doing, gave me a chance to mull it over then we made decisions. Mike was never defensive, or possessive of the sale, remarking often that this had to work right for me. With lots of experience in the market and a genuine grasp of the seller's experience he was the team mate I needed to get it done. I highly recommend Michael.  I was looking for houses outside of his area.    I asked him to view several houses and added more at the last minute.      He knew the history of the house and the finer details when we viewed them. Michael came prepared.  Michael gave me weekly updates of the process once I was in Escrow.  I needed the garage painted to pass an inspection.  He offered to help me paint it.  Once I closed, we met at my new house.  He offered to come back to get rid of cardboard boxes.  Michael goes above and beyond.  He provides excellent service to his clients.

We met many friendly and personable realtors that day all whom gave us business cards and we left our contact info with. Michael quickly rose to the top of realtors by providing us with useful information on the area, asking pertinent questions, and responding to our questions quickly. He came across as someone that would do the extra work that we needed to buy a house that fit our need; and he delivered.
