Michael is an amazing Realtor and take great pride in his work and business. He helped me sell a rental property in Florida virtually from California. His team also includes renovation services that were needed to freshen the property post rental. He was very knowledgeable with market conditions, what the most popular painting and floor design are (to make the home move in ready) and always on hand to brainstorm the best plan.
