Michael called once a week to let me know who had looked at the property and any problems he thought existed such as the access. He always answered e-mails and phone calls.
On two property sales Mike has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When we ran into a couple of bumps along the way (it is after all a real estate transaction) Mike volunteered to step forward and perform the research, contact attorneys, etc. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.
Ours was a 30 year old log cabin, and Mike and his colleague, Greg Dillingham, understood it well. They were very professional and knowledgeable about local conditions, and we needed that: before we closed we had to do a number of repairs and pest treatments, and Mike and Greg were very resourceful in finding us people who could do the job well, and in negotiating with the prospective buyer. Thanks to their efforts, and willingness to work very closely with us, we were able to close on time, and very much to the mutual satisfaction of both buyers and sellers. This is the best experience I can ever remember working with a realtor, and I've bought and sold 5 homes in various locations over the past 40 years. Mike and Greg are the best. You cannot go wrong with them.
