This was honestly the smoothest homebuying experience I've ever had, and in such a crazy market too. I feel like Michael really beared the brunt of the difficult market for us and used his masterful negotiation skills to make competitive bids that won us the house we wanted, and negotiated an incredible $12k back during inspection which is a spectacular achievement in this kind of market.
