Michael is such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have worked with him and I didn't think he could be better that he was the last time he helped me sell a house and buy a new one. I was wrong. Based on his advise, once the house was listed there were multiple offers and the house was under contract with in 2 days. It ended up selling for $20,000 over the asking price.
