Michael Kaufman has been my realtor for the past couple years and my wife and I absolutely love working with him. He found us a hidden gem on the Florida Intracoastal waterway that was significantly under market price and in a great area. He also found us our townhouse and was by our side every step of the way from initial showing to submitting an offer to closing and even after closing he would follow up frequently to check in. It is not unusual to receive new listings from Michael as soon as they hit the market whether it is at 2am on a weekend night or on a holiday. He is on top of his game and gives us 110% every time we work with him. I have had realtors in the past that could be difficult to reach during certain hours of the day, but not Michael. Also liked a water view and Michael did interminable searches for is0in the course of several weeks, always pleasant and willing to start allover again until we found the ideal place. Once we found the property that met all our expectations, Michael was always very helpful. He was always pleasant and approachable.
