As the ship gently touched the shore, the Captain heaved a sigh of relief. It had been a treacherous journey, and the passengers were anxious to disembark. As he lowered the ramp and the passengers descended onto the shore 2x2 just as they had loaded, Noah noticed a sign planted in the sand. It said, “Jambor Sold Mine.” Ok, I’ve been in the real estate industry a long time, but maybe not that long. Growing up in a real estate family, it was natural for me to enter the real estate business, and so, after my military service, that’s what I did. One of the precepts of my military training aligned with a family and business ethos which is, “Take care of your people.” I believe I am in the service industry, and when I agree to work with a client, I put their interests in the forefront. They become “My People.” I have a depth of experience, having weathered the vagaries of the real estate market. I have successfully sold properties when interest rates were 16%, worked through market “adjustments”, helped folks who were in danger of foreclosure, and more happily, assisted ‘my people’ in moving forward in their lives whether up or downsizing. In short, I am a seasoned real estate professional who has recently moved to Colorado. I am looking forward to the next chapter in my career, and want to bring my experience and energy to work for you.
