Mike Hyles - He Gets It Done

I met Mike in 2001, when I was relocating my family to the Bay Area from the Midwest. He helped my wife and I to understand the Bay Area housing market and to locate and buy a townhome in Castro Valley. Mike and his team helped us every step of the way in the buying process, overcoming challenges posed by a difficult seller, and helping us to time the closing on the property to coincide with the sale of our home in the Midwest. In 2019, we decided to sell our townhome. One call to Mike set the process in motion! Mike gave us great advice on readying the property for market, and he put a sales campaign in motion that got the townhome sold at a great price, and within our target timeframe.
