Mike Hyles is more than a man; he is a magician. When it comes to getting things done, he is the Harry Houdini of real-estate. We regrettably had more pressing engagements and many, many things were left to Mike and his associates. This included removing carpets, painting, packing, prepping, repairing inside and out; and on top of it all, storing our things! One of the special gifts Mike possesses is repurposing items or finding new homes for things that still have use or purpose. Very little found its way to the landfill. The house went “live” in August and immediately the market fell apart. In short order, Mike’s job was made more difficult, but he was always upbeat and resolved to make this happen. Activity was slower than anticipated, but Mike and team pressed on. This process was compounded by the simple fact that we were out of state. He was trying to keep us apprised of all activity, but we were operating on remote control. We eventually received an agreeable offer, and all was completed. It was all simply magic!
