Working with Mike alleviated many concerns I had about living out of state and needing to sell my townhome which had been rented out. We worked out an arrangement where he got the appropriate repair and cleaning services done and had the home staged for sale. It sold quickly and the sale price exceeded my expectations. He communicated well and timely every step of the way. I was new to doing a 1031 exchange and he was able to put me in touch with a very good intermediary and a great agent in my home state to complete the exchange transaction. Although a family member had recommended him, I never met him in person, yet felt very much at ease in working with him and he always made the time to talk through my questions. I never doubted he had everything under control. He definitely seemed to treat my transaction as if it were his own.
