Michael Heagney

Michael Heagney has to be one of the best realtors in Chicagoland. His dedication, loyalty and friendship persevered through a long, long listing process. My home was put on the market the first time in 2017. Michael helped me get the home up to snuff to put it on the market. Then other things happened. I had to take it off the market for awhile. In 2019, I moved to Florida. By that time the house needed more fixing up. Michael supervised the entire process, organizing contractors and so forth. It was back on the market in summer of 2019. The timing was not good. The market plummeted, but Michael kept the house in good shape. It finally sold in June of 2020. I can't imagine anyone more dedicated or effective.

Extremely Professional. We felt taken care of all the way. Whole process was simplified to us to extent we knew we should not do anything, but watch the process unfolding: all aspects of all stages of selling the house (even moving out) were under Michael's control and thorough guidance.
