My wife was the executor for her late father's estate - I was heavily involved in helping due to my legal background - I reached out to Mike to sell the family home in Prince George's County based on his expertise in probate & trust sales & his integrity. Mike was personally involved with every detail, at every stage of the process. From our first meeting at the property - only a few hours after our initial call - he impressed us with his calm manner, with his knowledge, experience, & professionalism. He carefully assessed the entire property - by the end of the meeting he presented my wife, brother-in-law, & I with a marketing plan & recommendations for some modest improvements to get the house ready for sale, all of which we agreed to. We live 2,700 miles away in Seattle, so I was very limited in what I could do myself, but that was not a problem - Mike oversaw every detail as the house was readied for sale, took care of everything that came up, from providing licensed/bonded contractors, to arranging professional photography & ensuring that we had every needed inspection completed for potential buyers before marketing began. He was always available to answer our questions, he kept me well informed about how things were progressing, including sending photos. When it came time to market the home, Mike put in a sophisticated & energetic effort placing promotions in multiple listing services & holding several open houses. We received an offer for full ask & waiving inspection, which was our number one goal - however, the buyer's lender drew out the process about a month over our initial closing date. Despite that, Mike remained reassuring & confident, handled the buyer's lender with professionalism & the right amount of pressure, getting us to that finish line. When I first met with Mike he already had a plan of action and a timeline to sell my house and buy my new house. Mike is very personable, we found we have a lot in common.
