Since selling out the 336 Banyan Lake Town Home conversion in Boca Raton in 2006, he has continued to resell and lease many of these units and remains the top sales and leasing agent in this neighborhood. Michael has been hired as the 3rd party leasing director for a multi-use project in St. Lucie West that includes 3 office towers, retail, restaurant, daycare and luxury apartments. This project just broke ground. Michael's past positions include being Director of Land Acquisitions and Development for a regional home builder, Director of Franchise Sales & Development for Burger King Corporation, Commercial Property Acquisition Director for various syndication companies, and Sales Manager for both Commercial and Residential property brokerage companies.
