Michael Geletka

We engaged Michael through a blind referral from Quicken Loans. Immediately we felt like he was thorough, detail oriented, fully grasped our priorities and would represent us well. In short period, we made an offer on a home, which appraised significantly lower (55k) than the price we offered. This concerned us that it may be an indicator that prices were adjusting or that the market was inflated. We passed on that house. Michael was convinced that it was simply a bad appraisal and that it wasn't a negative indicator for the market, and was confident that it was a one off. So we went forward and found a better house in a better place, which appraised correctly. We closed on it yesterday. Michael repeatedly went above and beyond for us, acting as our local proxy, which was very important for us since we were not in the area. After we got to know Michael and trust his ability to be our eyes and ears, we cancelled the trips we had booked to go look around the area, and bought the house without even seeing it. Total trust and integrity through the entire process. Couldn't be happier.
