He works tirelessly to ensure that he can present great options for viewing and works with your schedule to get quick access for viewings. He is ALWAYS optimistic and projects confidence that is contagious. We had been scouring the Hills area for almost two years under the guidance of two different agents when we were introduced to Mike. His attitude and encouragement spiked our hope level. We were NOT disappointed! He was able to guide us through acquiring a home we could only have dreamed of living in!! He is respectful of not only his clients as buyers but also the sellers. Mike helped us complete the sale of our home while living out of state. We had a lot of unique challenges given my husband and I were also in separate locations throughout most of the process. Michael will get back with you very quickly anytime you call he’s responsive he works for you. Tries to get the best deal for you that he possibly can and yet make sure that you still get what you want if there’s competitors bidding against you he genuinely cares about your needs and tries to fulfill them as best he can.

Mike was very timely with sharing new listings which led to my ability to buy my new home. He shared it with me the day it was listed and showed it to me the following day. We made an offer that day, and they had already received another offer. Our offer won out, but if he hadn’t shared and showed it so quickly, it would’ve been a missed opportunity. Mike is also very knowledgeable about home builds and points out any deficiencies that he sees. It was a great experience working with Mike!
