Ok so I could write a novel about Mike but I will keep it short. I was a first time home buyer. He gave GREAT advice and never let me make a first time home buyer mistake. He made it fun, simple, and exciting. He gave recommendations for inspectors, lenders, you name it- he had someone good to refer you to! Working with him was a blast and when it comes time to sell or buy again he will be my first phone call! Mike became more of a friend to talk to everyday during our search, not just a realtor!

Mike has a vast knowledge of the current market and property valuations. Mike listed and sold my house at value that I was more than pleased with. I wasn't certain that I could obtain such a value for my home, but Mike did not over promise. He showed me why my house was worth what we were asking and he was right!
