I have a lot of respect for Mike. He is a great person to work with when looking for a home in an unfamiliar area. He spent much of his time working with me during the first week of April. We saw approximately 50 homes in the Ormond Beach to New Smyrna Beach area. Mile is very knowledgable about this area and offered suggestions when I was undecided. He helped me find a really great home which I liked everything about and also helped me close the deal on the purchase. In addition, he provided a list of insurance companies serving the area and helped me decide on which one to go with. He helped with utilities, providing company names, phone numbers and procedures each one followed. Mile also helped with the closing while I was back in Illinois packing and getting my home ready to put on the market. He mailed a set of keys and garage door opener so I could enter upon arrival of the moving van. He also arranged my access through the security gate upon arrival. I highly recommend Mike to everyone! Beside all his help, he is a really great person, very caring and considerate of my needs.
