Mike was great from the beginning. He listened to us and our needs and was very intentional with the houses he showed us. Nearly every one was perfect for us, but the market is so hot that we missed out on the first couple. But, when we found the house we fell in love with, he was a great negotiator and got us a great deal. It was a difficult close due to circumstances unrelated to Mike, but he held the line and insulated us from a lot of the drama. I will use him again and highly recommend him.
