Mike Olberding went the extra mile in the successful sale of our home.

Under current market conditions it is not uncommon for homes in our area to be on the market for six months or more. Our home sold in just short of three months. Much of the credit for this goes to Mike’s expertise, experience and dedication. One example of this is that we had immediate and frequent showings and Mike communicated helpful feedback with us after each showing. Another example is that on many occasions Mike went the extra mile to help resolve issues, one of these being the transfer of our solar panel contract.
