Michael Eikenberry is an Exceptional Realtor and an Amazing person! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He hit the road running the second he knew what we were looking for in a dream home, and our goal to be in close proximity to our daughter & son in-laws home. Mike made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions that would arise. Mikes honesty and direction helped us to make educated decisions. We were basically working long distance. Mike thought nothing of looking at the home on our behalf, FaceTiming us as he walked through to see if it was indeed something that would interest us. He worked tirelessly on our behalf. He even met us at a home on Easter Sunday weekend, because he knew how difficult our schedules are. I am so great full to his family as I know their plans and dinner reservations were delayed. Finding a home for many these days is not an easy task in this current state of the market. Most homes go up on-line and with in a matter of hours have numerous offers already on them. Mike was relentless no mater what the market was doing he never gave up! Constantly encouraged us with his positive attitude and faith that we would victorious achieving our vision for the perfect home. Mikes knowledge, trustworthiness, wisdom, patience and negotiating skills are incredible. We are extremely happy with our new home and the neighborhood all that is due to Mikes recommendations. My son will soon be looking for his first home. Family is everything to me I do not put faith in just anyone. With that said it is with highest regard my son will be working with Mike in finding his first home.
