wanted to move closer to my daughter who lives in Ridley Park but didn’t want to pay the ridiculous taxes in PA. I settled on Delaware and called several real estate agents to get information from them. None of them called back or followed through except for Michael Doyle. From the beginning he was extremely helpful. I came to “look” just to make sure that I could find something that I wanted in the area I wanted. He took myself and my daughter around to numerous houses during the day. After verifying that I could find what I wanted I put my house up for sale. As soon as the sale went through I arranged to look at more houses with Mike. It was a holiday weekend and I wanted to look at them on Monday. Mike convinced the owners to show them on Labor Day and I found exactly what I wanted where I wanted it. I picked out numerous houses to look at and Mike screened them for me and eliminated the ones too far away from my daughter. I found exactly what I wanted on Monday and put in an offer. The owner was, to put it kindly, difficult to deal with. He pushed for the sale and the terms I wanted. He also got me furnitue I had been interested in as well. Throughout the entire process he stayed in contact with me and if he couldn’t answer all my questions, he got me in touch with the people who could. The property was located across the street from a Catholic High School. It was closed on Labor Day. So he offered to sit across from the school the next morning and film how busy it might be so I had a real idea of the noise level and traffic involved. He truly went above and beyond. I would send an email on Sunday night not expecting to hear from him till the next day. Instead he responded almost immediately, no matter how late. I joked that he must just sit at his computer waiting for people to email him. I would definitely recommend Michael Doyle as your real estate agent.
