I was not a big buyer but Mike treated like I was his only client. My situation at the time was a mess due to Covid. Mike found a great Condo in a great neighborhood. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!
Michael Doyle was absolutely wonderful. He was referred to us and we were so pleased with the way he helped us handle it all . Sadly it was an estate matter of my fathers . I needed some help with bushes and Mike took care of it himself ! Always kept in touch during and after to make sure things were ok ! Living in Texas and trying to sell my home in Delaware was not easy, there were a few problems with the deed and other matters because I had rented the house for 10 years or so. Michael fully understood my situation and went to work! It did not take very long to get an offer and work through the problems. Mike was absolutely the best realtor of all time, Mike does not work 8 to 5. He was there to answer all questions at all hours of the day Monday through Sunday did not matter time of day or day of the week. I contacted Mike on a Saturday evening at 6:30 and he had appointments for showings The next day Sunday morning. Having asked the right qualifying information about what we were looking for we found a house that we wanted had an offer in the same day. Mike will truly be my recommendation for anyone and everyone buying or selling!

He was always available and would even go so far as to check out a house in advance for us to see if it fit our needs. He was constantly looking for new listings for us which we found very helpful.
