Mike Del Elba is a fantastic realtor. This was the second home we sold with Mike and BOTH went for well over asking. Mike talked us through the crazy COVID market, helped us decide at what level to price that would be competitive but aggressive, providing data to back up his recommendations. He also helped us navigate the viewing stage, which was WILD for us, over 50 viewings across Fro/Sat/Sun. He then talked us through all the offers we received (18+) and helped us identify the best one of the bunch.
