Little did I know that upon the death of my last oldest living relative, my aunt Georgia, that I would inherit the job of becoming the executor of her estate which was large. My wife heard of the DellElba family since she grew up in Washington. She contacted Mike to help us dig through the work of handling the sale of her house plus the house where my wife and I lived for over 40 years. We met with Mike and explained our situation and he came on board immediately and took control of what was necessary to begin this very complicated estate situation. Mike was the consummate professional and became a trusted friend throughout this ordeal. He kept in constant communication with us and ran interference with the buyer’s realtor inckuding dealing, at times, with two lawyers. He gained credibility with our lawyer through offering suggestions and different perspectives that he felt could benefit and expedite the selling process. In the end, Mike successfully got my aunt’s house sold, but also the house where my wife and I resided, and to top it off, got us a new home to move to. I don’t know what we would have done were it not for Mike’s expertise and dedication to help us complete the whole process. For that, we are extremely grateful and thankful to have used Mike and K&W service. I would have no problem recommending Mike and his company for any real estate needs and restate our satisfaction for Mike’s professionalism and character which he maintained throughout the transaction.

Working with Michael has been great! He took the time to really understand us, our needs, our house. He helped us identify what we needed in order to get our house to market and he knows the market area really well, helping us price the house perfectly. His communication is quick, thorough and efficient! He had great recommendations for people we needed to work with (e.g. lawyer, septic engineer and excavator) and provided spot on advice and guidance through the entire process. Michael even helped connect us with a realtor in the state we're moving to, who was excellent too!

They suggested I use the app on my phone for potential buyers to make an appointment to view our home - it was quick and very easy and gave us the opportunity to schedule appointments to suit our schedule.
