Mike Cruickshank was and still is the most talented and patient Realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From helping me understand the complex home buying process. After 2 months of relentless house searching of which he never once wavered in his patients and professionalism we found the perfect home for me and my wife. With his guidance my offer was accepted right away and he made sure all the other background odds and ends that need to be done for buying a home got done in timely manner and took point on everything leaving me free to do what i needed to get done. In short his guidance , wisdom and professionalism is well beyond any other realtor I have ever experienced and will never use anyone else in the field as long as he is around regardless of where my next move takes me, if willing I want him to work with me.
