With his guidance my offer was accepted right away and he made sure all the other background odds and ends that need to be done for buying a home got done in timely manner and took point on everything leaving me free to do what i needed to get done. In short his guidance , wisdom and professionalism is well beyond any other realtor I have ever experienced and will never use anyone else in the field as long as he is around regardless of where my next move takes me, if willing I want him to work with me.
