We were approached by many agents to list and sell our home when the time came. One agent became remarkably upset when they did not "get the listing." She never once showed the house even though she was very familiar with the neighborhood. Like many, this agent only cared about "getting the listing" and not the work that would be needed to actually sell the home. Michael was the exact opposite. He went so far beyond over the top, we were left speechless. We became partners, we became "family." He helped us paint. He ripped out shrubs and replanted. He found workers for us for every need that the house needed. He hired the photographer. We had moved some 100 miles away and could not be at the house every day to do the maintenance on it. Making sure the pool was being cleaned. The grass cut. The lights. The toilets. Michael literally went there on a daily basis to check on MY house and make sure all was well. It was a strange market where the seller was in control. Michael saw to it that we maximized our home price and we got an excellent and fair price for the market. The buyers are thrilled as we disclosed everything and made everything "move in ready" per Michaels stern attitude about telling the truth 100% of the time. This fit perfectly with our "world view" and we slept well every night knowing that we had presented the home in it's best light. I would not hire anyone else if I were to buy and sell a home in this area. Michael is first class in every way and one of the most honest agents you will ever find.
