I am a young investor trying to get into the real estate market. I chose Michael due to his expertise's and many years of real estate experiences. He was trustworthy in the beginning and seem like a a respectful man that will help you find the right home for you. Little did I know he just wants to push to close home so that he gets his pay check. Now I am living in a home with leaked roof and many unforeseen problem that came with the home. I am young and naïve, this buying home experience taught me that you can't trust no one in this industry. You can hire the best home inspector and you will still end up with leaks in your room and many more red flags that Michael(my agent) should notify me before making a massive decision. For my next home purchase, I will NEVER use Michael Crewse to represent me in my transaction. He only care for himself and will leave you in the dust once he have his pay check.
