Someone said once that it isn't about the destination that is so important, rather, it's about the journey and the people that go with you and stay the course of things with you on that journey. Mike Crewse, a fellow military veteran by the way, has been very essential, patient, kind-hearted and determined through my family's home buying process. Simply put he is a bad-ass. We appreciate Mike's insight and help through the search of a new place to call home and he and his team have been really great. We have genuinely become good friends and I think that is very important especially in dealing with real estate. Mike is a part of our family now. As soon as the search for that just right place came into locking it down, we were warp factor 9 from that point on. Although Mike and his team have helped us fulfill the destination, a journey starts now.

Mike did an excellent job in getting our house sold. It was in all honesty very stressful, and we had to adjust a lot to make things work, but Mike really stepped up to help us through those stressful moments. Like we said before, it is about the journey. We were blessed to have Mike and his team to help us make choices and/or decisions to really put the house on market and have it appeal to a potential buyer. We never realized the amount of detail that go into the process of a sale of your home. Mike was an open book for us where when we needed answers and a go-to, we got things accomplished because he and his team were there to provide that. There were some ups and downs of the sale process but eventually it all worked out for the best. Mike Crewse, our friend and my veteran brother, made sure of that. Now there is a younger family who we are sure, will make our former home of 19 years a blessed first home for them. And we hope that 4475 will be as good to them as it was to us.

This was my second time I hired Michael as my agent. The first time, we closed on time and the ride was tremendously smooth. On this first transaction back in 2020, Michael was just starting out in his new career as an Real Estate Agent after a long and lustrous career in the military. His discipline and disposition assured me he was the right person for the job and how he would be able to handle me personally. Because of the great experience I had in 2020, I called him once again to assist me with a sell of one of my rental properties. This transaction had its challenges, twists and turns that required a special type of skill set that Michael ultimately demonstrated to me. I can be extremely demanding at times (never personal) but Michael always had a way to balance himself, being able to manage my business disposition and how I react to adverse information and difficulties related to the process of selling a home. We had offers within a few days, with one being accepted and ultimately following out of escrow. Naturally, I felt the frustration but I had the Army Guy that buys and sells home on my side. Once again, that trained discipline he acquired in the military definitely transferred well to his new career. He said, let’s move forward and get this house back on the market and get it sold. The fun started all over again and that same weekend, it sold again, with a higher offer than the first offer that fell out of escrow. Did everything go smooth on this second time around, absolutely not…it’s Escrow and these things are expected. However, when you have an agent that understands how to temper people and manage expectations, simultaneously, you eventually get the job done, and that’s the name of the game! Michael got the job done. If I’m afforded the opportunity to do more real estate deals in the future, I’ve got the Army guy that will be by my side to get er’ done!
