Chris was very easy to work with, from the initial visit, helping us determine upgrades, putting on the market, finding a buyer very quickly and the settlement process. We had a very unique situation with the sale of our house and it caused some discrepancies that Chris and his team were able to help us figure out and deal with accordingly. He was a great person to have guide us through the sale from beginning to end.
