From the very first conversation, I knew Chris was an agent I could work with. He listened carefully as I explained that my husband and I had retired to another state and wanted to sell our house in Maryland. Chris clearly communicated the process and got right to work. Within a couple of weeks, we had signed a contract but sadly, the buyer was unable to secure the required funding. Chris was quick to get the house out of a pending status and back on the market which led to a new contract only a couple of weeks later. What began as a simple transaction however, began to snowball when the buyer's lender failed to act in a timely manner, requested documents in a piece-mill fashion, and failed to communicate in a timely manner. This resulted in significantly more time and effort on Chris' part as well as delaying the closing an additional two weeks.
