We did a great job staging the house and making it look great, but he came in with his photographers and marketed the house super well! Definitely bringing in many more eyes then I could have on my own. He is patient and works with you where you are at, but also gives you advise on what he believes are the best things to do. I'll say this, LISTEN because he definitely knows what he is talking about and helped us big time! When we were initially buying the house, he helped keep us on track with the market and not emotionally over bid on a house. We got a great deal buying it and sold for a great price later!
