Michael did a great job understanding what I was looking for and helping me find it. Very patient and always had a great attitude when we looked at a place I was not feeling suited me. This was a long process for me because I was looking for a very specific and uncommon home, Michael was always there and available to answer any questions I had and never pushed me towards something I was not interested in. Michael was a great help with a difficult sale of our house and finding a new house for us. He has a great knowledge of the marketplace and really listened to the things that we wanted in a home. He never pushed houses that didn't meet our needs, but could see the potential in homes that most realtors don't see. At the beginning, I reached out to a personal friend (also a licensed real estate agent) to help me sell my property—however, she was so buried with other Home sales that she politely declined and introduced me to her colleague, Michael Bouldin. From our very first visit, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a GREAT communicator. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response, when a I had questions. Michael was with me every step of the way through the entire process—from listing the property, arranging open house dates (several!) and letting me know when prospective buyers would be touring my home. He explained all the disclosures and forms in detail and even met me at my work a couple of times to save me time and travel when I needed to sign documents by a deadline. I shared with michael that I hoped the entire process would not take more than 60 days and he had my property sold in less than 30 days, with the entire process wrapped up and closed before 60 days!!! Michael ensured the inspection process went smoothly and made recommendations that saved me money. When it came time for closing, Michael met me at the title company and sat with me while I completed the paperwork with the escrow agent to ensure closing went without a glitch. Michael was amazing. He helped us find our first and second home in a very competitive market. He is very responsive and i honestly don't think there is anything negative I could say about him. He showed us probably 50 homes before we found the house we bought and never complained. He made sure to have our best interest in mind and fought for everything we needed in the property.
