I had known Michael for a number of years, and when I decided to sell my place I contacted him and he immediately gave me as much info as he could about my property, the market and the process. I reviewed a number of agents and decided to go with him. This was the best decision I made in the selling process. I was remote at the time, renting it out and the tenant was moving out. Michael handled the rental to selling transition smoothly, and quickly. There were numerous items that had to be taken care of before listing and again, things were handled smoothly and quickly. Communication was immediate and it felt like I was the only person that Michael was working with the WHOLE TIME! The house sold QUICKLY, and again I was kept in the loop on the whole process every day. I ended up getting more than asking price to boot! Everything was handled remotely - even the document signing was taken care of at my residence! The after sell follow-up his office does is amazing and really helped me get all the documentation organized. One thing I know for sure.
