Once I had a contract on a house, he went the extra mile to find an insurance company who would insure my purchase since the roof was more than 15 years old. I didn't even have to ask him to do it; he was like, "I've got this." He always showed up on time for showings, inspections, the appraisal, and closing, which is important to someone like me who is always on a schedule. I appreciated his experience and knowledge, not only in regard to the housing market, but the element of human nature and emotion that goes into a high-stress process like home buying. Always supportive, never pushy, genuinely concerned that the house be the right house for me—and it was.

Michael worked with me for more than two years to give me information on homes in West Bradenton. He then provided me with info to prepare the correct offer. He was there for all the showings and inspections and the closing. He followed up with me all of the process. I was a difficult buyer but Michael stayed with me to get the lake house I wanted.
