We had nothing but a positive experience with Michael! We were moving due to relocating for my husband's job, so, our time to look for houses was extremely limited since it involved traveling. Michael not only worked with our limited time frame, but he often times accommodated really last minute requests. Michael took his time to make sure that nothing was left undone to list our house, all the way to installing a video camera to prevent repeated break-ins from homeless people. He was methodical on all the repairs, yard work, and upgrades that were required to get the maximum offers from other agents. he did a tremendous job with the staging and Open House. We had over 15 offers on the 1st weekend alone ! I would recommend Michael for all residential Transactions . He is the best !

Michael was fantastic. He was a great agent to have in the incredibly difficult Portland area market. Very experienced, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, and entertaining as well. Micheal was tremendously patient with our family during this intense process.
