If you're looking for an amazing realtor in Sonoma County, I would be hard-pressed to find better. Michael is a professional at his craft; he's very knowledgeable, personable, and quick to hone in on both what you're looking for and what your expectations are at each leg of the journey. I had a tight budget to work with and very limited availability during normal business hours, so he wasted no time with me in an office when we met; we saw and strategized at homes for sale, and when it came time to start offering, inspecting the property, and signing off for it, he was ready on all accounts. I couldn't recommend him enough.

I can't say enough about Michael Bell! He is an outstanding realtor. This was my first home purchase and I was very stressed about it but Michael made it easy. I was really lucky to find him. He knows the north bay very well (maybe other areas too but that's where I was looking) and he took the time to learn what I would like and what I would not. Eventually he found the dream home for me and then worked with me and my mortgage broker to structure a very good deal. I felt confident through the entire experience that I was in good hands. I now consider him a personal friend and if I ever buy again I won't even consider anybody else. If you are looking for a home you won't find anyone better.

Michael is fantastic! Him and his wife are a team and a great local family. They were extremely patient with us and helpful in every way. They offered insights and suggestions on local schools, such as Gravenstein Elementary and Hillcrest Middle School, kids activities, good restaurants, such as the Thai place on Stony Point and Petaluma Blvd, best driving times and routes to avoid traffic such as the San Antonia road vs the 101 freeway,as well as other local services. I really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them.

Michael is so knowledgeable with regard to this area - the whole North Bay really - but especially Rohnert Park & Petaluma. He is honest, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable - honestly, he kept my husband and I same the ought the home-buying process! We had only ever ow Ed new build in the past so we didn't know anything about a normal purchase - he was amazing through all kinds of complexities - everything from solar panels to pest inspections! I'm very picky and I ask a million questions - Michael was sooo patient and kind. Honestly, if you need a local expert who you can count on and who will absolutely look out for you, then you can't do better than Michael! I recommend him without reservation! You can't go wrong :)
