Mike takes the time to listen to your needs and wants in a home. He's not in it just to make a quick sale and move on. He'll point out pros and cons on properties to help you balance the two. A couple of homes I found myself. Even though the overall picture of the house was appealing to me he brought up future costly expenses (roof, furnace decks, etc.) that had not been up dated. Mike always responded quickly to questions and also put me in contact with a very good home inspector and loan officer. He's there for you start to finish. Moving from Missouri to Georgia with Mikes overall knowledge of amenities in different cities and counties was extremely valuable helping me make my choice
