We were not typical sellers. My sister Christine had died so my sister Agnes in NJ and I in SC were left with the task of selling her house. Doing things from a distance was hard enough, but we also had to contend with the constraints of the pandemic. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. His knowledge of the business was exceptional. Not only that, but he took the time to explain the market we were in and the winning strategy which got the property sold at the price we were asking in the time we needed to get the house ready for sale. Because of the honesty and integrity he demonstrated at every turn, we did not worry about leaving things in his hands. The remote closing which went off without a hitch was a huge plus. I recommend Mike without reservation.
