Mike was a tremendous help in helping to sell my sister's house

I lived in NJ and was dealing with getting my sister's home in Georgia emptied out and ready for sale which was a big task when you live out of state. I had a great handyman helping me and since I was not familiar with realtors in the area, I asked him if he could recommend a realtor and he gave me Mike's name. When I met Mike, he gave me several suggestions and one of them was to get a house inspection so that I could get ahead of any issues that needed to be fixed in the home. That was money well spent since I was able to have the handyman fix anything that was found. Mike was also very helpful during this whole process and always kept in contact with me even when I was back in NJ to see how things were going. He was always available to answer any questions that came up and he always responded quickly. When it came time to put the house on the market, he explained the whole contract to me in simple terms and how things worked in Georgia. We ended up getting multiple offers and even had one buyer back out and since he had such a long history in the business, he guided us through everything we went through and was always positive that the house would sell and it eventually did. I would highly recommend Mike for selling your home because of his vast experience in selling homes as well as his extensive knowledge in the business. He knows how to get a house sold and can deal with any issues that may come up.
