Mike Auen and Chuck were an excellent team helping these out of state buyers close with our purchase in Hopkinton. Very calmly and clearly walking us through every step in the process (we haven’t bought a new home in nearly 40 years, and never a townhouse with HOA fees ). His advice was solid and knowledgeable, someone we could place our trust in. Always available, and more than willing to help, and very easy to make contact with, any time we needed help.
