Michael Arias

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Michael but some of the top are hard working, honest, ethical, caring, excellent communicator and knowledgeable. After my sister passed away I was appointed the representative for her estate in Florida. I live in Minnesota and did not know anybody in the Miami area, nor Florida's legal process for handling an estate in probate. Michael helped me navigate every step of the process including expelling non-paying tenants from the property, changing the locks and switching the gas and electricity accounts. He made numerous trips to the house alone and with contractors to help evaluate the property and ensure its safety. Throughout it all he was in constant communication with me, sending pictures and keeping me informed. Because of the condition of the home, it required a cash only sale but Michael had multiple offers for me almost immediately and helped find an excellent real estate attorney to assist in the more complicated closing. He helped me under the process of selling a home in Florida while it is still in probate and even referred me to an excellent probate attorney to assist throughout that process and beyond. What is even more amazing is that he found me, I did not find him, so if you receive a sales call from Michael accept his offer to help you sell your home. I feel he was heaven sent and am forever grateful.
