I wasn’t able to meet Mike until we closed on the house, because of an injury. He worked closely with my son and my daughter in law, they looked at a variety of houses and received honest opinions from Mike. We finally found the perfect house! The seller was less than perfect! And so was his agent. Mike kept up with them and wrote out more amendments than we want to talk about. Mike made sure we, as first time home buyers, got exactly what we should. I’ll start by saying, I simply cannot say enough good things about Michael and his team. He provided unbiased data to help us determine the most realistic listing price and expected selling price. Priced right, and following his suggestions on remodel and staging, we sold our house within 3 days. His team then made the rest of the selling process easy and straightforward. Michael worked very well with both the buyer’s agent of our current Colorado home but also with our buyer and the selling agents at our new house. I didn’t think of it at the time but since we are moving out of state, his support on our new house was instrumental and very much appreciated. Michael is professional, hard working, honest and straightforward. And he understands the challenges facing buyers and sellers in this market.
