Michael was fabulous! My husband and I needed to relocate from Kansas City to Denver area. First, Michael set up a search for us that would email us with new listings that met our criteria. Next, on a trip to the area, Michael drove us to look at 17 houses in two days and then back to our top few choices on a third day. He was nice and timely and quickly understood the houses we should target. We returned home and kept watching the emails regarding houses. One day, we saw that the house we liked the most had dropped significantly in price and I called Michael on a Saturday to ask him to make an offer. He worked with us remotely all day and we got the contract completed and accepted. He went to bat for us after he attended the inspection to get repairs made by seller. He then took us through the closing process remotely and helped me with all info I needed. He went over and beyond to assist with the closing. He then also made a couple of trips to the house to assist with things until we could get there. My father was a builder growing up and I have never met a realtor as willing to help in any way at all. Michael always returns my calls right away. I have recommended him to someone else and would do so again. He took us through a very overwhelming process and made it much easier for us. I am grateful for his help. I am certain he does more work for clients than just about anyone else.

I wasn’t able to meet Mike until we closed on the house, because of an injury. He worked closely with my son and my daughter in law, they looked at a variety of houses and received honest opinions from Mike. We finally found the perfect house! The seller was less than perfect!
