When you call him he call back in minutes not hours. When you're done he is a friend not a agent. Can't say enough good things about Michael.
Michael made the process of selling my father's condo quick and hassle free. From the very start he priced the property to sell in spite of a recent slow down in the local market. (without low-balling) He had a good understanding of the local market and worked closely with me the entire time, answering all questions and addressing any concerns. He provided professionals for cleaning, a few repairs requested by the buyer, and coordinated with the estate sale company with a lockbox for entry. He responded quickly to my texts, email or phone calls. Although I was in Arizona for the start of the process I returned home to Ohio and the entire process was handled remotely without issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

Michael did his best to make an overwhelming event possible for this 87 year old, soon to be widow, living in Ohio! He patiently walked me through contract details on line, while I was still caring for my husband. He arranged necessary inspections, oversaw necessary replacement of roof paper, recommended landscape maintenance of palm trees, and recommended an estate sales manager. He was in constant contact with me as to any legal issues needing to be handled and patiently waited while we selected & removed our personal items and some furnishings to be hauled home before the estate sale. The final sale papers were filled in at our home in Ohio by an agent of local title agency, per arrangement with the Sun City West original title agency!
