Michael is very knowledgeable about all facets of real estate sales in my location. He kept me informed about everything I needed to know to help me sell my house. He kept sending me the comp lists so I could see which homes of the same general type were selling, and we worked out a selling price together . He helped me find people to get the house ready, in terms of heavy duty cleaning, Painting, Carpet Cleaning, windows, etc. I had an offer on my house shortly after the first open house thanks to Michael. Things went smoothly from that point on with his dealing with the title company and constantly keeping me informed. I’m sure I could not have been happier with any other real estate agent.
