I met Merlin in 2017 when I needed help finding a new home for my mother. All I can say is that Merlin is the best realtor in world! He is a great communicator and so knowledgeable in this field, a consummate professional, so kind & compassionate, and he truly listens to what you want and will do everything in his power to help you achieve your goals. If I were to encapsulate what Merlin is to me in one word, it would be that he is truly “ MAGICAL”!! if you need a realtor, no need to look any further, Merlin is the best!!

Merlin was an absolute pleasure to work with while we searched for our home! He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and quickly responded to any requests or questions we might of had. In the market lately quickness is what matters the most, and Merlin made sure all of our ducks were in a row. When visiting homes, he would help identify potential fixes, upgrades, and his background really helped point out things we might have missed on our own. There's no one better!
